If You Build It, They Will Come, Right?

Nope. Get a system to promote and amplify your content, get traffic, and build your list.

One of the most commonly overlooked parts of marketing is Promotion. Wait, marketing? I just write a blog.

Yes, but you want people to find it and come read it, right? Much like a business, that requires Promotion.

  1. Oh my. Two years ago, I drove from Far West Texas to NYC to be part of Seth’s 1st Linchpin Sessions. My goal for WordCamp Austin is to get closer to blogging about that life changing and action packed three week journey. And how it changed the course of my life. Save me a seat Nando.

In my opinion, this is where many bloggers fall short. They fail to view what they’re doing as an actual business.

That being said. I so wish I were there right now. I’ve heard great things. Oh well, there’s always next year I suppose. Big props to everyone working to put this together!
